We spend a lot of time in our bedrooms, and for those of you who don't live on their own, you probably spend even more time in there. So, why is it that when it comes to bedrooms a lot of men don't care what it looks like? Recently, in the middle of a hook up, I looked around and realized that his bedroom was extremely unsexy. Nothing about the bedroom said much of anything. So, what does your bedroom say? Is it sexy with mood lighting? Is it practical and organized? Is it modern and contemporary? When was the last time you looked around your bedroom and thought, would someone really want to have sex in here?
Modern bedrooms focus on lines and curves. The mixing and matching of textiles, and the reinventing of lighting
Traditional bedrooms are usually on the lighter and brighter side of the interior design spectrum. A lot of traditional bedrooms will focus on lighter woods, and organic materials.
Contemporary bedroom designs focus on lines, geometry and the use of metals, glass, lacquers and reflection.
