They aren't just for your grandpa, or Bill Nye the Science Guy, or even Pee Wee Herman. Bowties now are for everyone, and most importantly they are trendy, and borderline sexy. This 1930's trend is back. This time around they are more colorful, sparkly, and textured. So, you have seen them on twinks running around the club, and you might have seen them on TV hosts, and musical artists, but how should you wear a bow tie?
Whenever you are getting dressed in the morning, whether it be before or after your morning espresso drink, ask yourself, "Is this how I want to be seen today?" You might get a lot of comments if it is your first time rocking a bow tie, and to be honest who cares? Okay, you might. Well, if you are going to rock a bow tie, I suggest you buy a real one, not a pre tied, will never come undone and is perfectly symmetrical. Why? Because, bowties are not symmetrical, they are perfectly asymmetrical, so that is a dead give away that you are wearing a fake bow tie. Once you have gotten the hang of tying a bow tie, and you feel confident wearing one, it is really nice sign of a modern day gentleman, sophistication, and this cool trendy hip vibe for men.
